The Guidance for Assessing Ecological Risks Posed by Chemicals: Screening-Level Ecological Risk Assessment (Version 2.0, 7-2008) has recently been updated from the March 2000 version (below).  A Redline-Strikeout version (7-2008) indicates the changes and updates from the March 2000 version.

- New Mexico Environment Department TPH Screening Guidelines, October 2006, and
- Risk-Based Remediation of Polychlorinated Biphenyls at RCRA Corrective Action Sites, NMED Position Paper, March 2000.

U.S. EPA Regional Screening Levels (RSLs)
     U.S. EPA has established Regional Screening Levels (RSLs) that supersede the former EPA region 3, 6, and 9 PRGs.  In the event that New Mexico does not have a screening value listed in the risk tables, facilities may use these PRGs.

Penalty Policy
