Contribute your ideas

A statewide dust regulation is currently under consideration by the New Mexico Environment Department.  Please give us your opinions.  You can download a copy of the Dust Survey from the links below.  Input from concerned citizens is encouraged.  Please take the time to complete a survey about windblown dust and a potential statewide dust regulation.

The New Mexico Environment Department will continue to contact stakeholders to solicit input about regulatory and non-regulatory approaches to dust control.

Dust Open House

On September 2, 2009, the Air Quality Bureau held an open house in Las Cruces to provide information and request feedback on a potential dust control regulation.
