These public notices are for proposed air quality permitting actions throughout New Mexico within our jurisdiction.  Each public notice is in MS-Word format and will be posted here for at least 45 days.  Each of these notices lists the location of each new or modified facility in the first paragraph.  If you have questions or comments about any of the public notices, please respond directly to the contact as listed in the notice. 

The date of these public notices is the date that the public notice was posted on this website.  The posting date of these notices will not necessarily be identical to the date that the corresponding public notice was published in the newspaper.  The newspaper public notice is the public notice required by regulation.  Thus, the date published in the newspaper establishes the regulatory public notice timeframe.  Of course, whether your comments fall within the regulatory timeframe to establish you as an "interested party" or not, we will consider all public comments received within a reasonable time frame.
