GCP-4 Permit | This is the GCP-4 Permit as issued on 10/20/2003. The GCP-4 is available to minor-source oil and gas facilities with or without controls, including but not limited to facilities that also qualify for GCP-1, those that are currently using Level 1 Streamline provisions under 20.2.72 NMAC, and tank farms. Application forms to register under the GCP-4 permit are posted below. Please review the entire GCP-4 permit to determine whether your facility will qualify for this permit option prior to applying for a GCP-4 registration. These facilities may elect to apply for a regular permit using the Universal Application Form. |

GCP-4 Emissions Inventory Waiver | This letter waives the Section VI.6 requirement to submit an emission inventory for facilities registered under GCP-4, until further notice. All other requirements of GCP-4 remain in full effect and will be enforced. |
