Air Quality Bureau
On June 29, 2011, New Mexico submitted its State Implementation Plan (SIP) on Regional Haze and its update to the infrastructure SIP for the 1997 ozone and PM2.5 NAAQS required under Clean Air Act Section 110(a)(2)(D)(i)(II) to Region VI of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
