Community Services Group

The Community Services Group (CSG) serving under the Constructions Programs Bureau is responsible for administering the Water Infrastructure Needs Database.  This database consists of documented need by the community through the Water Infrastructure Portal (WIP).  After receiving documentation of a communities need, our Community Services Coordinators work with the community to move toward sustainability of their water, wastewater, or solid waste system or facility.  In compilation, the CSG gathers information to construct a funding package customized to your community or system needs.  This includes low interest loans, grants, and loan grant combinations.  Each Coordinator is an expert in the funds available to plan, construct, or service your new or refurbished system.  They are able to assist in the loan and grant application process, as well as coordinating, on your behalf, the inspections needed to obtain funding.
