REVISED ARRA SUPPLEMENTAL INTENDED USE PLAN AND REVISED ARRA CWSRF INTEGRATED PROJECTS PRIORITY LIST OF ELIGIBLE PROJECTS
The Construction Programs Bureau (CPB) has received one-time funding of $19,239,100 in American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) stimulus funds for subsidization of eligible projects in the form of loan/grant combinations. CPB has committed funding to 17 Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) projects around New Mexico. CPB may also receive a potential transfer of funds from the New Mexico Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) to the CWSRF, which could result in additional funding for these 17 projects. These projects are listed in Part A of the Revised ARRA CWSRF Integrated Projects Priority List of Eligible Projects. The ARRA includes transparency and accountability standards. The State of New Mexico's Certification
pursuant to this requirement is posted here.

The Revised ARRA Supplemental Intended Use Plan (IUP) and Project Funding Background describe the factors that were applied to select the projects that will receive the ARRA subsidized funding. Public comments were received on the IUP from December 28th, 2009 to January 7th, 2010.
