EIB 11-16(R)- Proposed Repeal of Regulations, 20.2.100 NMAC- Greenhouse Gas Emissions Verification Requirements

The evidentiary record is now closed.

Proposed findings and conclusions may be filed by the parties until February 16, 2012.

EIB 11-15/17(R)- Proposed Repeal of Regulations, 20.2.350 NMAC- Greenhouse Gas Cap And Trade Provisions, and Proposed Repeal of Regulations 20.2.300 NMAC- Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and 20.2.301 NMAC- Greenhouse Gas Emissions Verification Requirements

The Board deliberated on February 6, 2012 and voted unanimously to repeal Parts 350, 300 and 301.
