Food Safety Training Schedule

NMED offers free food safety training with the goal of promoting better food safety to the food service industry in New Mexico. All scheduled trainings are listed below. Pre-registration is required, but training is FREE and open to the public.

NMED will also provide training to your food establishment, staff and employees, at any suitable time and location. Please contact the nearest NMED Food Specialist for futher information.
