In New Mexico the possession and use of sources of radiation not under exclusive Federal jurisdiction is regulated according to the provisions of the New Mexico Radiation Protection Regulations (20.3 NMAC):

New Regulations Effective April 30, 2009

The Bureau had finished the rule making process for the revision of Parts 1, 3, 4, 7, 13, and 15 of 20.3 NMAC.  The revised rules will be become effective April 30, 2009.  The following links contained the newly revised rules:
