You may complete an electronic version of the Annual Report Forms and submit them by       e-mail to: swb.inbox@state.nm.us

 

E-mail Submission of Annual Report Forms:

Click on the 2008 Annual Report Forms hyperlink above. Complete the appropriate portions of the spreadsheet.  When you have completed the forms, go to "File" and select "Save As" and rename the document with your name and the facility you represent.  Compose a new e-mail, attach the completed spreadsheet, and send it to: swb.inbox@state.nm.us (You can click on the e-mail address hyperlink to the left to open a new e-mail).

 

NOTE:

All Solid  Waste Facilities must complete an Annual Report and submit the report to the Bureau no later than February 16, 2009.
