NOTICE: NEW ALTERNATE METHOD FORM The Petroleum Storage Tank Bureau has revised the (optional) Alternate Methods Request form, for use with 20.5.4.38, 20.5.5.23, and 20.5.6.24 NMAC. This form should be used by any tank owner, operator, or anyone representing them, to apply for a variance for any requirement in Parts 4, 5 or 6 of the PST Regulations. You may find the new form on the PSTB webpage (www.nmenv.state.nm.us/ust) on the tab for “Forms.”
